Sonora Pony

My ‘native roots’ to Tucson tie me to the early years of the Arizona-Sonora
Desert Museum. My parent’s private kindergarten and summer camp sent me on
semi-annual visits to the Museum’s ever-evolving exhibits. It was a place where
I could get up close and personal with the diverse creatures of the Sonoran
desert. Looking carefully there are over 30 critters on this pony... all wrapped
into the contours of the shape of the horse giving it an almost 3-D effect.
